Very polite, professional, clean and quick. The two techs that came and installed our windows were super friendly and answered all my questions. They worked quickly without sacrificing quality. We have to complete a few touch ups from paint and plaster chipping from the window removal process, which is to be expected. We will absolutely be using VDK Group for our future renovations/upgrades next year!

I had JOCRI Windows replace my living room window in January 2022. I had 5 quotes and they were the most reasonable in price and time. Peyton and Pavlo came to install the window. They were professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend JOCRI Windows.

Last year we had our windows, front door, and sliding glass door replaced. The installation went smoothly and products looked good. However, the front door began leaking shortly after, with water stains appearing on the trim at the base of the door. My husband called and tried to arrange a time for the technician to come and fix the door, but after a couple of phone calls the technician never called back. More recently, I called to try to reschedule the repair. I called three times over a week and a half and was told each time that the technician would call me back when he returned to the shop. He never did. Eventually the receptionist told me to email the owner to expedite the process. I did receive an email back and was told that the system would generate an appointment." I asked for the date of the appointment so we could confirm we could actually be home. It has been over a week and I have yet to hear any more news. Clearly this company is happy to respond when they can make money but uninterested in engaging when they are required to make repairs. We are extremely disappointed with the level of customer service we have received over the past year.Edit: It is definitely NOT caused by the mat by the door. We do not use this door regularly and do not have a mat. The trim was already painted using semi gloss paint. The leaking only occurs when it rains
